Description The Dialer Dialer-Inside Sales is responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls using the company’s dialing system to connect with borrowers and potential clients. This role focuses on contacting existing borrowers for refinancing opportunities, reaching out to new prospects, and ensuring efficient call handling to support the sales and loan origination teams.
