You will report to the Coordinator of Nutrition Services, planning and implementing medical nutritional therapy for various patient groups in hospital and facility settings. Instructing and counseling are essential, as you support patients and families in enhancing their dietary habits and understanding nutritional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement tailored dietary plans for patients
• Provide nutritional education and guidance to families
