In this position, you will:
Lead the implementation of core AI scenarios, such as precision marketing (user profiling, recommendation algorithms), frontline services (business processing, service inquiries), intelligent customer service (intent recognition, script generation), intelligent risk control (abnormal transaction detection), and automated operations (fault prediction, root cause identification), delivering scenario-specific technical solutions and architectural designsLead the planning of centralized capability architectures for large-scale business support systems.
