**About the Role**
We are looking for an Account Manager who can build strong relationships with our clients, anticipate their needs, and provide them with creative solutions.
As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and our clients and will be responsible for guiding projects from discovery to delivery, building timelines, monitoring progress, improving processes, leading communications, and delivering quality work that meets or exceeds our client's expectations.
**The Day-to-Day**:
- Monthly Calls - Review and report client numbers throughout the first half of every month.
This role requires the ability to research, understand, and properly communicate client results.
- Support - A client should never wait more than 2 hours for a response.
