Job Description
We are looking for a Canteen Operations Specialist to oversee daily restaurant operations, financial controls, inventory management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin Chinese and English .
Key Responsibilities
Daily management of restaurant operations, ensuring the normal service of three meals per day .
Handle meal card transactions , daily ingredient purchase orders, and goods acceptance.
Act as the communication bridge between the restaurant and the chef team.
Supervise and follow up on equipment and facilities pending repair , coordinating maintenance with the IFM team .
Manage warehouse operations and inventory.
