About This Opportunity
We're looking for a direct response video editor who can produce 1-3 performance ads per day — consistently, quickly, and without hand-holding.You'll receive reference ads, raw footage, AI-generated visuals, voiceover audio, product photography, UGC clips, and creative briefs. Your job is to turn those inputs into scroll-stopping Meta ads that look native to the feed, follow direct response principles, and are ready to launch same-day.Some days you'll get a detailed brief with every asset handed to you. Other days you'll get a reference ad and a direction — and you'll need to reverse-engineer the structure, build a visual concept, and deliver a finished ad using your own creative instincts.This is not a 9-to-5 editing job.
