Department Overview The TD Securities Capital Reporting Group is part of the Chief Accountants department and is accountable for all capital reporting, optimizations and capital project initiatives. The group is involved in leading consultations and industry discussions regarding current and upcoming OSFI Capital requirements. It is also responsible for allocation of capital for business line measurement and financial statement disclosures.
