The Internal Business Development Manager (IBDM) plays a key role in growing Manulife Travel Insurance sales across an assigned territory in Quebec. Working primarily from home, this bilingual (French / English) role focuses on educating, training, and supporting travel agency partners—helping them confidently sell travel insurance while building long‑term, trusted relationships.

Blending business insight with creativity, the IBDM works closely with Travel Agency Managers and front‑line travel advisors to identify growth opportunities, strengthen sales skills, and deliver engaging learning experiences.
