Job Summary

The Registered Nurse, Directing (DRN) role manages pediatric, palliative and/or acute medically complex clients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) or Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) by directing Personal Support Workers (PSWs), also known as Health Care Technicians (HCT). HCTs are provided specialized training and education to work with this patient population.
