**The Role**

The **Director, Derivatives Post** **‑** **Trade Technology** is responsible for the strategic direction, leadership, and oversight of global Derivatives Post‑Trade Technology with primary accountability for **Confirmations, Settlements, and post trade lifecycle processing** across OTC and listed derivatives.

This role drives modernization of the derivatives post‑trade technology landscape, partnering closely with Global Wholesale Operations, Risk, Finance, Legal, and regional Technology teams. The incumbent will define and execute a technology strategy that reduces operational and settlement risk, improves straight‑through processing, enhances regulatory compliance, and delivers measurable business value.
