Director, Financial Reporting & Analysis – Bilingual (English/French)

Position Overview

We are hiring a Director of Financial Reporting & Analysis to own financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis for a growing software business with professional services operations and an international footprint. This role exists to scale financial insight delivery, improve reporting discipline, and materially reduce CFO execution load. You will play a central role in the Messagepoint operation and ensuring leadership, lenders, and the board receive reliable, decision‑ready financial information. This is a hands‑on Director role. There are no direct reports. Success depends on execution, judgment and initiative—not delegation.
