**Purpose**

The Director Governance is a member of the senior management team of Global Wealth Management Finance. The Director leads the GWM Finance Compliance Oversight and Governance Program with respect to internal controls, SOX, and other regulatory initiatives. The role assumes close collaboration with GWM Finance teams, Wealth business lines, GWM Technology and Operations Teams to ensure compliance with SOX, internal and external audit requirements, and regulatory action plans are effectively documented, aligned with evolving business needs, and successfully implemented.

The incumbent is also responsible for working together with the CWM Finance teams on MD Financial related matters such as financial and MIS reporting, and other various initiatives. This role is responsible fo...
