Job Description As part of the Group Risk Management team, the Director is responsible for the primary adjudication and decision making with respect to the approval and amendment of new and existing credit commitments across RBC's Real Estate Development Lending Portfolio. Directors are tasked with the review and recommendation of generally large credit exposures facing a client base that principally includes top tier Canadian developers. Experienced Directors are expected to provide transaction structuring advice to mitigate risks, comprehensively understand the risk profiles of transactions, and communicate recommendations to leadership including senior executives.

The role focuses on maintaining portfolio quality, aligning with business objectives, improving operational effectiveness, and enhancing the client experience.
