The Groups and Events Director is responsible for proactive and reactive sales efforts business for One& Only Mandarina, responding to all inquiries within the set time frame all with the intention of confirming profitable catering business and achieving Annual sales group goals.
This position also supports the sales plan and strategy, client development, managing key relationships, identifying new target markets and sales product with the goal of meeting and exceeding revenue goals.

Plan and/or attend and/or participate in meetings with hotel staff and clients, including but not exclusive to: Catering Sales Meeting, Revenue Meeting, Sales Meeting and Site Inspection and Site Planning Visits.
