Lead all aspects of Human Resources to deliver talent and workforce solutions and support in alignment with business goals. Build and maintain HR organization structure to effectively support Alliance Air plants. Plan, direct, implement, and oversee all human resources functions and activities in partnership with business and HR leadership. Develop and maintain effective workforce standard processes and policies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives and priorities aligned with overall business strategy and aligned with HR systems and process. 2. Serve as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and Plant Manager. 3.
