In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage services, including Banquet Operations and a unique 3D Virtual Dinner Theatre. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years’ experience leading large food and beverage operations, along with a commitment to creating a positive work culture and high-performance team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Culinary and F&B Leaders for operational excellence
• Ensure service standards are maintained across all departments
• Hire, train, and supervise F&B department leaders
• Partner with sales and culinary teams for service alignment
