Responsibilities:
- Attend and complete all aspects of the 1-800-BOARDUP training program.
- Complete and document all items of 1-800-BOARDUP’s Onboarding Plan.
- Provide education and assistance to fire/disaster victims as needed.
- Prepare weekly activity reports for your direct supervisor.
- Work closely with the board-up crews and customers to ensure safety and care for our citizens.
- Collaborate with company Estimator/Sales personnel to ensure proper handoff to customers, maintaining involvement until trust is established.
- Meet with community groups to explain our role to the public.
- Participate in and plan fundraising charity events benefiting local charities.
Additional Information:
Hours: Approximately 20-25 hours per week, including education, marketing, and events, unless otherwise agreed. On-call for emergency response (weather permitting).
