About This Opportunity
- Lead and manage the inside sales team, including coaching, mentoring, and assigning tasks to ensure performance objectives are met
- Oversee day-to-day inside sales operations, including quoting, order processing, and customer communication
- Execute and support the company’s sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of customer requirements
