Job Description The Director will lead the hockey stick and bag development teams and report to the Vice‑President, Product Development. This role is responsible for driving innovation, managing cross‑functional collaboration, and ensuring that the Research & Development (R&D) function delivers strategic value to Bauer Hockey.
