Why This Role Is Critical

The Framatome Canada (FC) Quality and H&S will be an integral part of FC from tender phase through project delivery. The role envisions, defines, and executes business plans at a section level while managing an organization of quality assurance, health and safety professionals, and support staff. The position has cost‑center responsibilities, may have multiple work‑group responsibilities, and holds final authority on employee performance, development, long‑term planning, and staffing decisions.

What You’ll Do Day‑To‑Day

• Ensure quality deliverables meet contractual quality requirements.
• Represent Framatome Quality to customers and internal quality organizations.
• Voice the customer’s perspective to the FC Product Line and Framatome Quality Leadership.
• Plan and build the FC Quality and H&S team to support I&C business needs.
• Serve as representative for Nuclear Safety Oversight for FC.
