The Director, Service and After Sales is responsible in providing leadership to the Service and Aftersales organization to achieve the objective of growing sales and profit in Canada to an unprecedented level.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Lead our Parts and Service organization to create and maintain strategies and processes which align to the organizational business objectives and ensure optimal results for Kia Canada and our Dealers across Canada. Create and direct integrated Aftersales Parts and Service strategy, implementation plan, and deliver against this plan to the benefit of KCA. Develop and implement best practices related to areas of After Sales, Parts, Service, Warranty, and Parts Marketing to ensure efficiency in projects, programs, and day-to-day accountabilities.
