The Director of Strategy & Planning plays a critical leadership role, responsible for shaping strategy, governance, and operating foundations in a fast‑moving, emerging environment. This role is designed for a builder who is comfortable with ambiguity and capable of creating structure where none yet exists. Acting as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, the Director translates complex ideas into clear strategy, decisions, and execution plans, while ensuring the organization moves quickly without unnecessary bureaucracy.
