This role is critical to drive profitable and sustainable growth for adidas Mexico by defining a clear strategic direction, ensuring flawless execution of key initiatives, and embedding data-driven decision-making across the organization.

As a trusted partner to the Country GM and leadership team, you will shape the strategic agenda, translate it into actionable priorities, and challenge the organization through an outside-in perspective and innovation mindset .
