District Manager – Field Sales & Merchandising
Position Summary
This role is responsible for delivering service excellence within their own assigned stores while also supervising a field team, providing mentorship and support to ensure client and team key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Execute client strategy/strategies
- Supervise a field team
- Recruit team members – conduct interviews, extend job offers and complete employment contracts for the team
- Deliver training – conduct in-field coaching days (60% of the team trained each month), organize regular team meetings and ensure effective communication with representatives
