Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate full cycle accounting for the fund
• Prepare and analyze quarterly financial results
• Review and refine technical accounting processes
• Prepare compliance workbooks for treasury
• Assist in year-end audits and financial statement preparation
Requirements:
• Professional accounting designation (CPA)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with Yardi systems beneficial
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
