Under general supervision, is responsible for dictating prevention measures, promoting self-care, care of injured personnel, providing medical care to plant personnel, auscultating and diagnosing sick or injured employees and determining the appropriate treatment. - Education (Health promotion by publishing information on assorted topics, carrying out health campaigns and promotion awareness of general health topics)
- Medical care for general illnesses and work accidents when required.
- Performing medical exams (Entry, special and laboratory medical examinations for personnel in critical areas)
