As part of the Project Information Management Team the Documentation Specialist performs various tasks regarding provision of documentation (data & documents) from set-up to final documentation to relevant stakeholders and will report to the Americas Project Controls Manager.
**How You'll Make an Impact**
- Support of the Project Management Teams and report to related or Project Controls Manager or the Project Information Manager in execution location.
- Support the project set-up (process & tools) according to project needs.
- Providing tool access and training especially of project specific adjustments as well as general related input to various fields.
- Production of technical documentation for partners and coordination of document deliverables from all project related stakeholders
