About This Opportunity

Become a key operational leader as a District Manager at Dollarama, managing multiple stores to drive performance and employee success. Focus on day-to-day operations and strategic recruitment.

In your position as District Manager, you will oversee 10 to 18 stores, reporting to the Director of Operations. You will lead store managers in maintaining operational standards, achieving sales targets, and developing staff through comprehensive training and motivation methods.
