With more than 5,000 donation bins and an active home pick‑up service in communities across Canada (excluding Quebec), we collect unwanted gently used clothing and household items to raise funds for Diabetes Canada.

About the Drop Box Attendant Role

As an Independent Contractor, you will focus on the collection and storing of recycled textiles and small household items from Diabetes Canada donation bins that are placed throughout the community.

Highlights of the Role

• Empty donation bins on a regular basis (schedules provided)
• Bag loose items as required (bags supplied)
• Ensure cleanliness around the donation boxes
• Complete weekly service log sheets
• Transport goods to storage facility when required (storage supplied)
• Meet Diabetes Canada driver to load goods on truck
