DiDi Integral Inc. is the world’s leading mobility technology platform. The Driver Growth team is responsible for driving end‑to‑end onboarding and lifecycle management of drivers across Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, and onboarding, balancing short‑term performance with long‑term scalability and efficiency.
• Lead two high‑performing teams: an Acquisition team managing top‑of‑funnel channels and a Conversion & Product team focused on onboarding funnels, CRM initiatives, in‑app experience, and product features that drive activation and early lifecycle success.
• Set direction and priorities for both teams, including channel strategy, experimentation roadmaps, and product initiatives, while ensuring tight linkage to business KPIs.
