About The Role

Support and improve the Amrize ECAN driver training program by ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and Amrize standards. Provide theoretical and practical training, evaluate and ensure the application of operational skills, and promote an exemplary safety culture. Act as a field reference and model for safe driving of ready‑mix concrete (RMX) trucks.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Train and develop commercial drivers to ensure safe driving in compliance with Amrize policies and provincial laws.
