In this senior role, you will oversee pipeline and workflow requirements for various projects. Collaborating with global supervisors, you will identify core needs and design effective technical solutions. Your leadership will guide ATDs and Pipeline TDs, ensuring smooth operations and reliable systems across shows and distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify core pipeline requirements for VFX projects
• Design technical solutions with key stakeholders
• Supervise daily pipeline operations and team leadership
• Mentor new ATDs and contribute to tool development
• Conduct code reviews and ensure tool quality
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related fields
• Excellent Python and Linux programming skills
• Experience with DCC tools like Maya or Houdini
