In this pivotal role, you'll report to the Director and actively engage with Brokers to enhance their performance while developing sales plans that align with overall objectives. Your goals will include managing a successful pipeline and driving negotiations to meet KPIs while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic sales plans aligned with regional goals
• Monitor and manage Broker performance effectively
• Negotiate agreements and terms with Brokers
• Engage in market analysis and insights sharing
• Create innovative solutions collaboratively with Brokers
Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma required
• Minimum of 5 years of Property and Casualty experience
• CIP designation or commitment to certification preferred
