EE Customer Quality - Customer Service
Main Goal
In this challenging position you will be responsible to ensuring customer support on all quality relevant issues from the start of series production to the end of a product's spare parts obligation.
Responsibilities
- Creation and release of Q-relevant production documents.
- Attendance at FMEA-activities within early stage.
- Support of creation and forwarding of the initial sampling documents to the customer.
- Acceptance and maintenance of the customer parts history.
- Execution of resident activities or interface to external resident.
- Handling of complaints - coordination with customer about immediate measures.
- Transmission of 8D reports to the customer (customer portals, etc.).
- Fault isolation transfer and matching of the problem‑solving process for each fault pattern to the production area (MA), PQP (supplier) or PQD ...
