Responsibilities

• You'll manage all phases of billing, from preparation to collections, while directly interacting with clients and Partners to expedite payment.
• Prepare and submit client invoices accurately and promptly
• Maintain comprehensive client relationship records
• Coordinate tasks with Legal Assistants and Billing department
• Handle client inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies
• Process pre-bills using Pre-Bill Viewer software
