Job Summary
Supporting the Sales team and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, create complete proposals based on customer specifications to best meet the customer requirements while meeting both market competitiveness and Company financial requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Tender Analysis: Review and thoroughly analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand the full scope of the project, technical requirements, and commercial terms.
- Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs, ensuring all direct and indirect costs are covered.
- Proposal Development: Develop high-quality, technically compliant, and commercially viable tender submissions, including technical solutions, project plans, and pricing schedules.
