Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering; Member of the OIQ. Significant experience in the field of railway rolling stock or mass rail transit. Good knowledge of Microsoft; AutoCAD Electrical. Ability to read with accuracy diesel engine manuals, locomotive schematics, service bulletins, maintenance instructions and other craft related documentation.
