Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team. This role is critical to our success, responsible for preparing accurate, competitive estimates and supporting project teams with robust technical insight from tender through turnover.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical estimates for commercial, institutional, and multi‑residential projects
• Perform quantity take‑offs using Accubid (Trimble)
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Solicit and analyze supplier and subcontractor pricing
• Build labor, material, and equipment cost estimates with accuracy
• Participate in bid strategy and closing meetings
• Identify risks, gaps, and value engineering opportunities
• Support project handover to operations teams
