Position: Elementary Counselor

Status: Full Time Continuing Appointment – FTE 1.0

Commencement Date: September 1, 2026

This position will serve our three in‑town elementary schools, approximately 350 students. Scheduling between the schools will be determined in coordination with the three elementary principals; with a requirement to adjust schedules as needed to address emergent issues, and also reports to the Director of Instruction.

The starting annual salary for this school counselor ranges from $68,492 to $118,751, with placement on then range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement.
