The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for the effective dispatching, intake, triage, and management of employee relations cases, while also focusing on discipline-related matters of low to moderate complexity. The role ensures that all incoming cases are accurately assessed, documented, and assigned in accordance with established governance assignment frameworks, while independently managing 'discipline' investigations that support fair, consistent, and compliant application of company policies.
In addition, the role plays an important function in maintaining the integrity of the Employee Relations case management system, ensuring data accuracy, reporting reliability, and visibility into case trends and outcomes. The Employee Relations Specialist partners closely with People stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support timely resolution of cases.
