CFMWS supports Canadian Armed Forces members, veterans, and families. The SISIP Financial Engagement Manager role is part of the Experience Management (XM) team focused on improving member engagement and experience while driving business growth through new processes, tools, and campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and support the implementation and evaluation of experience management and segment‑based marketing activities.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify customer profiles, behaviours, needs, preferences, market trends, and business insights supporting segmentation and marketing opportunities across business lines.
- Develop, prepare, and deliver practices, processes, presentations, briefing materials, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders related to experience management and segment‑based marketing insights.
