Job Summary

Diagnoses and completes less complex repairs to engines at the customer’s site. We are looking for a talented Field Service Diesel Technician/Mechanic (Greenstone) to join our Distribution business in Thunder Bay, ON. 14/14 days/nights rotation.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs on engine products in a service shop
• Perform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic tools
• Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles
• Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies
• Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins products
• Maintain own tools
• Work at customer site and provide OEM repairs to customer equipment when no Cummins work is ongoing
• Travel and accommodations are provided

Qualifications

• Completes complex internal engine repairs
• Performs engine overhauls unassisted
