About This Opportunity

Become an Electrical Engineer-in-Training with the Canadian Light Source, a premier research facility in Saskatoon. Engage in electrical system design and technical oversight under expert guidance.
The Canadian Light Source is part of the University of Saskatchewan and focuses on high-impact research. In the EIT role, you’ll draft electrical designs, manage timelines, and support engineers in various technical tasks. You will work on projects relating to everything from healthcare to advanced technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in electrical design and schematic development
• Create and manage project work plans
• Prepare detailed reports following organizational standards
• Document procedures and technical specifications

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
