About the role
We're a U.S. home-energy company — HVAC, solar, insulation — building a pipeline of Mexico's strongest mechanical engineers to support U.S. hiring through the TN visa pathway.
Your job is to find them: the ones who aren't answering ads, the ones already doing serious work in maquiladoras and industrial plants, the ones no other recruiter has reached.
This is a hunt, not a desk job.
What you'll actually do
- Hunt experienced mechanical/HVAC engineers across Mexico — Monterrey, Guadalajara, CDMX, and the industrial corridors.
- Find people who aren't looking, through whatever channel works: engineering associations, alumni networks, maquiladora communities, referrals, targeted social ads, and sharp LinkedIn sourcing.
- Open conversations and build real relationships, in Spanish and English.
