Within our FLEX (Fast Lean Execution) team, we deliver small to mid-scale projects with high agility, rapid turnaround, and lean execution. Our work spans Canada, the United States, and Australia, supporting clients with debottlenecking initiatives, MOCs, facility improvements, and other project needs.
The Process Engineer – FLEX Projects will play a pivotal role in driving efficient, practical solutions across a portfolio of multiple small projects executed in parallel. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is highly adaptable, and can move quickly from concept to deliverables, while maintaining strong engineering quality.
