IRC Ergonomics CoordinatorWe are looking for a talented Ergonomics Coordinator to join our team specializing in HSE for our Cummins Engine Components in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.Responsibilities- Ergonomics Coordinator for 5 business units in Campus Juárez.
- Responsible for ergonomic evaluations of workstations, equipment, and tools to identify potential risk factors and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, to develop and implement ergonomic programs and initiatives to modify workstations.
- Provide ergonomic recommendations and solutions to improve workstations, equipment and tools, taking into account individual employee needs, job tasks and ergonomic best practices.
- Conduct Industrial Hygiene studies and follow up on areas of opportunity, for legal and corporate compliance.
