Mandatory Qualifications Criteria

• Federal Government of Canada Security Clearance at Reliability level
• Bachelors Degree

Additional Qualifications Criteria

• 2–3 years of experience in consulting, HR operations, or HR systems support.
• Familiarity with or exposure to SaaS HCM platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud).
• Understanding of core HR processes such as employee lifecycle, time, payroll, or talent management.

Other Essential Skills and Abilities

• Project Support: Provide assistance with planning and carrying out HCM SaaS implementation tasks across both functional and technical teams.
