Job Description
- Ensure the continuous improvement of processes by monitoring and complying with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Review SAP system processes jointly with users to ensure the standardized flow of functional area processes.
- Advise and develop user knowledge of SAP system processes at the site.
- Establish and standardize BBM – SAP processes for site users.
- Ensure continuous improvement of processes through compliance with and monitoring of KPIs.
Qualifications
- English
- SAP R3 / S4 knowledge in Sales and Distribution module (SD)
- Project Management
- Knowledge of Functional Area Processes
- Customer Service
- Leadership
- Communication
