Overview of the position

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Senior Specialist to lead and optimize our digital ecosystem through CRM, data-driven strategies and AI-powered tools. This role is responsible for executing end-to-end digital campaigns, enhancing customer experience across channels, and driving measurable impact in engagement, lead generation and brand growth.

Typical tasks

• Execute and optimize CRM strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Automotive Cloud
• Manage customer journeys, audience segmentation, automation and push notifications
• Oversee lead management processes (routing, scoring, deduplication and conversion funnel analysis)
• Develop and execute email and WhatsApp campaigns, including A/B testing and lifecycle journeys
