**About the Role**ACG is hiring a Senior Estimator specializing in federal construction contracts (USACE, VA, GSA, NASA, DHS, TxDOT).
This is a highexpectation, structured, fastpaced environment where accuracy, discipline, and followthrough are nonnegotiable.You will lead estimating processes using RSMeans, Bluebeam, and ACG's internal quality standards.
**What You Will Do**- Lead the full estimating lifecycle for federal, public, and municipal RFPs.
- Perform RSMeansbased pricing, cost validation, and escalation modeling.
- Execute digital quantity takeoffs in Bluebeam.
- Manage subcontractor RFQs and scope leveling.
- Support IDIQ/MACC/MATOC estimating and pricing strategy.
- Track KPIs (e.g., win rate, accuracy vs. actuals, turnaround time, subcontractor participation).
- Mentor junior estimators and elevate department standards.
